Once deployment is complete and you are happy with how your new solution it is working for you, your care will be handed over to our support team. They will be ready to deal with any issues, should they arise, to ensure you can continue to deliver excellent patient access and service. We will also keep in proactive and regular contact with you to make sure you do not have any further questions about the solution or need any advice on developing it further to meet your changing needs.
